$445.00 U.S. per person (before June 20, 2008)

Registration Includes:

• Admission to all Summit business meetings, evening receptions and the delegate lounge.
• All conference educational materials and handouts.
• Breakfast buffet on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning, receptions on Sunday and Tuesday evenings.

Hotel accommodations and other travel expenses are NOT included in the registration fee for the summit. NOTE: All registrations are subject to Farm Chemicals International approval.

Payment Information
The FCI Trade Summit accepts company checks, credit card and wire transfer payments for registration fees.

Hotel Reservation Information
You must be registered for the FCI Trade Summit in order to secure a reservation at the hotel group rate. The group rate is $180.00 US per night (single/double; tax not included). A credit card is required to guarantee the hotel room reservation. The deadline for reserving a room at the group rate is July 16, 2008; requests received after this date cannot be guaranteed space or the group rate. Reservations requests made directly to the hotel will not receive the group rate.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and faxed or mailed - voice mails and e-mails will not be accepted. A full refund will be issued if the cancellation notice is received 10 business days prior to the seminar. No refunds will be issued after that day or for no shows. Advance payment is required for registration. Attendees must notify FCI if another individual will attend the summit in their place. FCI reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. A full refund of registration fees only will be issued if this occurs. FCI assumes no responsibility for personal or travel expenses incurred.
