Hotel room and travel expenses not included. All registrations are subject to FCI approval.

Hotel Details

You must be a registered Summit attendee to receive the hotel room at the special Group Rate of US $180.00 per night (single/double, tax not included).

A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

The deadline for reserving a room at the Group Rate is July 16 - requests made after this date cannot be guaranteed space or the Group Rate.

Requests made directly to the hotel will not receive the Group Rate.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing and faxed or mailed - voice mails and e-mails will not be accepted. A full refund will be issued if the cancellation notice is received 10 business days before the Summit. No refunds will be issued after that date. Advance payment is required for registration.

Attendees must notify FCI if another individual will attend the Summit in their place.

FCI reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration. A full refund of registration fees will be issued if this occurs. FCI assumes no responsibility for personal or travel expenses incurred.
